GoFasti was inspired by the incredible professionals in Latin America and the need for effective and faster hiring. Prior to GoFasti, Pablo Genevo, CEO and founder, started a modern shuttle service for employers. As an entrepreneur in transportation (an industry known for its low margins), he needed to find a more affordable way to compete with larger players and produce quality results.
Collaborating with a partner in Brazil, he decided to hire professionals in LatAm. He started working with a team of skilled Brazilian developers to build a technology for transporting employees, which allowed him to cut labor costs significantly while increasing productivity. He was able to work with organizations like the Getty Center in Los Angeles by building a first-in-class dashboard for his partners and a mobile app for riders and drivers.
After eight years of excellent results from managing Brazilian talents remotely, he decided to found GoFasti to help businesses scale their teams and enjoy the benefits of resource optimization in Latin America. So, in February 2021, Pablo launched GoFasti to help companies build their remote teams with highly skilled professionals from LatAm.
