GoFasti was inspired by the talented professionals in Latin America and the need for effective hiring solutions.
Prior to GoFasti, Pablo Genevo, our CEO and founder, began a modern shuttle service for employers. As an entrepreneur in transportation (an industry known for its low margins), he needed a more affordable way to compete with larger players while delivering quality results. Collaborating with a partner in Brazil, he decided to hire professionals in LatAm. He worked with a team of skilled Brazilian developers to build a technology for transporting employees, which allowed him to cut labor costs significantly while increasing productivity. This also enabled him to work with organizations like the Getty Center in Los Angeles by building a first-in-class dashboard for his partners and a mobile app for riders and drivers.
After successfully managing Brazilian talent remotely for eight years, he decided to help businesses scale their teams and enjoy the benefits of resource optimization in Latin America. In February 2021, Pablo launched GoFasti to help companies build remote teams with skilled professionals from LatAm.
