The talent signs a contract with GoFasti and GoFasti signs a contract with the client. The talent's contract is compliant with their country's laws.

The length of the contract varies depending on your needs. Contracts are usually annual. From the beginning of the process, our candidates are informed whether the position is short-term or long-term. If your talent is not working out, our talent acquisition team will prioritize finding a replacement for you immediately.

We hire our experts as independent contractors, so they can decide whether to sign the contract as an individual or business entity. Most of our contractors choose to sign as a business entity to lower their annual taxes.

Clients can make their invoice payments via wire transfer, ACH transfer, or credit card.

Clients will receive an invoice on the 1st of each month for work completed between the 1st and last day of the previous month. Our payment terms are Net10 so the invoice is due within 10 days of receipt. GoFasti makes a payment directly to subcontractor's bank accounts in their local currency.

The talent observes their country's local holidays. We provide a calendar of the talent's observed local holidays to the client.

GoFasti has a 10-day paid time off policy for talent. The terms and conditions are given to the talent and their clients.
